It is a typical dance in Catalonia.
It comes from ancient ages. It is a Catalan tradition, and it takes places
in parties and fairs.
We usually celebrate it with friends.
It takes place in the street. We celebrate it at a square and in the streets.
People dress in white, with red belts,
to dance these dances. They wear bells at the legs, and hold one stick
on each hand. Try to come and look at it one day!

In Spain we have got a nice tradition
at New Years Eve... On the 31st, December, after having supper, we have
twelve grapes for each one, and we eat them: every grape is for one month
of the New Year.
We eat them at twelve oclock at
midnight, one at each bell-sound of the clock. On T.V. they usually report
the bell-sounds from important bell-towers, to give relevance to that moment.
If you eat your grapes in time, youll have good luck during the whole
year.

Bread and tomato is a popular and
ancient traditional food, in Catalonia. You do it when you want.
We usually celebrate it in family or with some friends. You prepare it
at home or go to eat it in a restaurant.
One person cuts the bread and other
person cuts the tomatoes. Then, they spread the tomatoes and rub it on
the bread. After that, they add olive oil.
People eat this bread and tomato,
sometimes adding cheese, cold meat and good wine. I like it very much.
